Turn meeting notes into findings

Aim for one clear next investigation, supported by what your team actually knows.

1. Save the original notes

   In your business’s Work view, open the opportunity and choose Review. Add a meeting title and paste your notes, including the meeting date if useful. Select “Save original notes”. Rough notes and unknowns are welcome.

   No opportunity yet? In Skills, choose “Evaluate an opportunity” and create the job first.

2. Prepare findings in ChatGPT

   Choose “Turn notes into findings in ChatGPT”, then “Copy ChatGPT prompt”. Paste it into a chat with SkillNav Preview selected. Answer one focused question at a time; say when something is unknown.

   When the starting point is useful—even if incomplete—ask:

   Save these proposed findings in SkillNav. Keep the original notes and unresolved questions.

   If copying fails, use “Copy manually if needed” and copy the visible prompt.

3. Review what changed in SkillNav

   Return to Review and select “Check for saved findings”. Save any unfinished answers first. Read “What changed”, check the original sources and review the proposed next step.

   Only accept a version when you agree and its confirmation requirements are met. You can leave it proposed and continue later.

You leave with preserved notes, a reviewable finding and one next step. Approval records your decision; the team still carries out the work and records what happened.
